"Rosewood Estate is a really nice place. They have a lot of things that are included in the facility that a lot of other assisted living facilities don’t. They include an aviary and a library. The people were friendly. They have about, I think, four different room styles, and they are very clean. "

Grandpa and Grandma are very pleased with their huge apartment and all of the amenities that are easily accessible for them! From Wii games to pool to library...indoor garage, food service, massage, exercise...the list goes on! "Windermere offers just about everything a person needs. Right now, it's difficult for them to keep up as far as hiring people for different reasons, but mainly it's because of COVID. Other than that, it is a comfortable place. There are activities here and meals are included in a monthly payment or you can opt to buy if you would like. They have very nice homes to purchase if you would like. They also have a fitness center, a swimming pool, a restaurant, a sports bar, and a lot of activities going on. They have outside pickleball courts that they just built and just a number of items that are beneficial primarily for the independent people."

"The staff is always visible and friendly. At every visit, I see at least 4 different staff members in the halls or reception area. They seem to enjoy their job with the elderly and most residents seem to enjoy their surroundings. This home has many daily activites and they try to get all residents involved as much as possible. Weather permitting, the staff will take groups of residents outside for a stroll in the gardens or simply to sit in the gazebo. The rooms are very clean as well as the residents! Every quarter, family members are invited to a care meeting which provides updates and any concerns. If there are any concerns, they are addressed and followup meetings are scheduled every other week until the concern is taken care of. They also take care of scheduling quarterly Dr's appointments for a general checkup. They notify the family when the appointment is and provide transportation to and from the appointment. They have a wonderful Christmas program and dinner every year. During the festivites, family pictures are offered at no charge. It is a very comforting feeling to know that my Aunt Mary is being taken care of in the way that she deserves! "

"Westview Estates Reinbeck was very clean. There was a single bedroom, a two-bedroom, and a dining hall that they could go to. It was newer and locally owned. They have meals available, garages, a beauty/barber shop on site, an elevator, a nice indoor area, and outdoor patios for family gatherings. They even have a gazebo that you can walk out to and a room where it's all windows that you could look out to. The residents had their apartments open so you could go in and talk to them, and even down in the dining hall area, you could talk to people. The residents seemed to enjoy the place."

"My mother is in Parker Place. I'm very happy with the staff and how they care for her. She's in memory care assisted living. She has a one-bedroom apartment, which she absolutely loves because she didn't have a separate bedroom before. She has a full refrigerator in her kitchen, and they have snacks available most of the time. They can pick food that's not on the main menu for the day. They have a garden area where she's been allowed to do gardening, and that she loves. They have good activities. The staff makes sure her medications are there, and when she pushes her button, they're right there. They let her talk and help her with different things. They're very kind to her. The meal I had with her was fine. The facility is excellent, and it's a very good value."

"This facility is wonderful for families. They are very caring and compassionate. My grandmother spent a considerable amount of time there and my grandfather was able to be with her most of the time. After being married for 60 years they didn't want to be apart but he didn't need the extra care. They cared for both of them like family. The facility itself is not very homey, more institutional but I never worried about her care. The staff was the best. My grandmother never wanted for anything, was always kept clean and well looked after. My grandfather was seen to by the staff as well when they weren't obligated to do. They fed him and helped him with some issues that the family who lives so far away weren't able to.My overall impression of this facility was they are a great place for really good care. If you are looking for a homey facility this is unfortunately not it. We were more concerned with her physical needs being met and my grandfather being close by. Both of those were great. "
