We haven't been able to go in and tour much of Rosewood Estates. We saw the place that we're moving into. Everybody was very friendly. I think it's a very pretty setting, and it's kind of set back but not on the hills exactly. The land is kind of down by the cornfields. It kind of feels like the country to us, so we will be happy there, I'm sure. We were showed the room and we picked it, but as far as taking us around and touring everything there, we just saw the main dining room, the kitchen, and some of the rooms on the second floor. But it wasn't a real tour because of COVID. The administrator and the lady we've been talking to there were both wonderful and friendly, and they have kept us abreast of things going on. We're all happy with it. We're going to get three meals a day there, and I've heard really good things about the food. We just kind of went straight through and went to the place that we picked, so we really didn't get to see a lot. I think we'll be happy there.

Rosewood Estate's rooms were so dark, and it was just depressing. The apartments were very small, and we didn't see a lot of people. The dining room was beautiful, and they didn’t have a very big community room. The staff was very nice, and the tour was great.

We liked what Rosewood Estate had to offer in regards to activities. My mother-in-law was impressed with the meals, the way they served the food, and its quality. She is getting well-balanced meals here. Her room is sufficient for her. It's a one-bedroom, and it's pretty good. The nurses check on her. She has her lifeline, but even if she doesn't push it, they check on her periodically. They are friendly. They even knew who I was after about two or three times I was there. Even the family is included in the care. It's really homey. She has been there for two weeks.

Rosewood Estate is a really nice place. They have a lot of things that are included in the facility that a lot of other assisted living facilities don’t. They include an aviary and a library. The people were friendly. They have about, I think, four different room styles, and they are very clean.
