Although these caretakers do everything they are supposed to when spending time with my mom, the service itself is very unreliable. In the past month, there have been four times that no one has shown up at the scheduled time, and we did not receive a call from the agency notifying us of this. This left my mom in a bad situation since she is a fall risk and was then left to fend for herself at meal time. If we had known that no one was coming, we could have made other arrangements. Not a dependable service at all.
