"We found Home Instead Senior Care, got their services for my husband, and we are very pleased. It's all working out very well and we had been with them from last October until now. We chose them because probably because the quality of the caregiver that came to us in the beginning was just excellent. She is very creative, very clever, and able to transition from one phase of what's going on with my husband to another and I am just very pleased with her. She provides bathing, meal preparation, small housekeeping duties, she walks with him, she engages him in conversation and she is just very adaptable to doing all the things that he needs to have done. I like the management too so everything worked out really well. "

"We've got people from Home Instead Senior Care - West Portland & Lake Oswego coming in six days a week to help her. They clean her up and make her bed and maybe make a meal. They come for four hours a day to help her dress and activities of daily living. I've been pleased with all of the caregivers, they're very kind and attentive. They go out of their way and my mom likes them a lot. The service is so much better than the last agency we used. We've had them for a couple of months now and they've been on top of things. They deliver appropriately, so I've been happy with all of that."

"My mother-in-law is using Right at Home. Everything has been fine. The only issue I've seen is scheduling issues sometimes. Other than that, they're able to confirm if somebody's coming, and they do a good job. They help with bathing, dressing, and cleaning her room, her bed, and the house. The caregivers have all been good."
