They were very reactive; I called them, and the next day, they were at the house doing the assessment to see what was exactly needed. "My mom is using Qualicare Home Care Princeton 24/7. They help her with her bathing and getting up in the morning. They do some cooking, some light cleaning, and her laundry as well. We have two aides, and they try to send the same ones because my mom doesn't accept change well. There was one brand new girl who was just temporary. When I call to say that we need changes or something like that, they're very receptive and they try to do it as soon as possible. I set up her medications. They just remind her to take it. I set up the pills, and then they can pour them into a little dish so that she can take them."
