Help at Home in Fairview Heights provides help with all of my mom's ADLs, like cooking, bathing, getting her out of her chair, and incontinence. This lady that we got goes above and beyond. I'm not even sure if she's supposed to do all that, but she does the meal preparations and takes her to doctor's appointments. They just need more staff and more help, but this is not their fault. It is an industry wide problem.
