I tried using them for several months when I was released from Hospital. They were more or less useless. I asked for them staff to clean bathroom and after a quick look she said it was fine. One watched tv until I asked her to just leave. I was never contacted if they were not going g to show up. Could never get some one on the phone. Then if I did I was not treated with respect. My case manager was told I was too demanding.

I was not impressed with this agency, I asked if they and the workers have experience working with someone that has a severe TBI. They said yes it turns out the worked had no clue about brain injuries. Not a very good agency they lie to get the money. Thumbs down!!!!!
