I am a current client with BRC Access Care. I have been with this agency since April, 2010 until to this writing. I am very satisfied with them in delivering the right care for me. I am able to walk back again with the help of my committed caregivers from BRC Access Care. The home care manager, Yolly, is always doing an extra mile to come by and visit me in my apartment, and sees to it that all the caregivers are doing the right care for me. I can’t live without them and I won’t enjoy the freedom of staying my own apartment without their assistance. I always recommend this agency to all my friends for a home caregiving service. They are reliable and dependable.

This agency goes above and beyond to make sure the family feels comfortable, secure and safe with the provider. They also provide substitute caregivers in the event the provider is sick or on vacation. Yolly, the owner, will go to the ends of the earth to make sure my mom has coverage, particularly when something comes up last minute. You absolutely will not go wrong with this agency. They are a business that cares about their customers in a way I've never experienced. You can tell, for them, it's not all about the money. More importantly, it's about client satisfaction. What more can you want? The caregiver they provide for my mother's care is amazing. She is warm, gentle, and very patient. She genuinely cares about my mom as if she were her own mom. Sometimes I am jealous of their relationship :-) I highly recommend them without any reservation whatsoever!
