They're very flexible with scheduling. Because of them, I get to go to the gym and all my therapy appointments on time.

I think the client care coordinator Casey was very intentional with trying to find one of the caregivers who he thought would meet my mom's needs, and he did a good job with that. The caregiver, Bridge, is a very good listener and very respectful. She is very communicative with my sister and me, and we have followed up with all of our suggestions and what to help her with.
