I called Smile & Love and received care from about 3 of their caregivers. They're very nice people and I'm well taken care of by them. I have them for 4 hours every morning. They usually take me to health clubs and teach me how to walk again. The caregiver that I have now is very observant and very nice. With the situation concerning my spine, they've always given me a caregiver who's had Suburban or a bigger car. I'm really happy with them. We have had them for about 2 years. They've always really done what I've asked so I don't have any problems with Smile & Love.

I got a list of about a dozen to two dozens of agencies from a hospital and then when time came to figure out what kind of service I needed, I called about a half a dozen or so and interviewed until we found the staffing that we liked which is Smile & Love. They're very easy to work with and very flexible. Their care is amazing. The staff was informative, knowledgeable and helpful. They help my aunt in all her daily activities.

Smile & Love sent me a wonderful young man who helps my husband with showers and errands. My husband is in a wheelchair and I couldn't manage by myself. The caregiver is wonderful. I'm so happy. We told Smile & Love that we will adopt him because we love having him around. The management is very kind to us. They call and ask us what they can do and how everything is going and I find that wonderful. I appreciate that.

My brother in-law found them from someone at work. We talked to them and they seemed pretty friendly and so we decided to go with them. They were very responsive to any kind of requests. They were in some sense pro-active and always though ahead about holidays and stuff. I like the way they interacted with my mom. The caregivers that they put in here permanently were wonderful and most of them are long term. They were always kind and courteous. They do what they're supposed to do. They mostly do companionship and a little physical assistance.

I got Smile & Love from Catholic Charities and from the VA. I think the caregivers are very very good. Of course some of them are better than others but I'm very satisfied. They were very nice. Anytime I call them for any reason, they've always been very cooperative. They're so curious when I talk to them on the phone and they couldn't be nicer. They're very helpful.
