WE HAVE USED THEM AROUND 10 YRS, AND MY HUSBAND NEEDED THEM TO COME WRAP HIS DIABETIC LEG, BECAUSE IT WAS BLEEDING PROFUSELY, THEY SAID WE NEEDED THE DRS CONSENT, SO E WENT TO THE DR YESTERDAY AND WAS CALLED TODAY AND TOLD, THEY CANNOT COME NOW CAUSE THEY ARE SHORT STAFFED???? HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO WRAP A LEG HE COULD LOSE OF NOT TAKEN CARE OF!?!?!?!? 2X THEY TURNED US DOWN, AND MEANWHILE WE HAVE TOLD MANY MANY MANY, OTHERS TO USE THEM, I EVEN HAVE A RADIO PROGRAM AND HAVE PUSHED THEIR BUSINESS!!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, AS UNFORTUNATELY, THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT LONG TIME CUSTOMERS!!!!

It's ALL ABOUT THEM, not about the patient. They show up over an hour late OR show up without calling or scheduling. If you do get lucky, it's a four hour window with appointments....kinda like the cable company, you have to wait half a day.

We hired Advanced Nursing Concepts Inc. They have been basically very good. I haven't had a day where somebody wasn't there when they were supposed to be. I do have seven days a week of night time care, and the girls were just wonderful. They come at 10pm and leave at 6 am.

I was satisfied with Advanced Nursing Concepts. I had been using them for about three weeks. The lady who interviewed me was very nice and then she sent me a lady caregiver and I was satisfied with her, but unfortunately she had a full time job so I will have to start looking for a facility. She was with me for about five times to take care of my husband. She's a very friendly and caring person.
