Never use this Company BEWARE!! So they decided to CANCEL SERVICES for a 81 year old woman who was in the hopsital and then went to rehab. So when she gets home she has no one. NO PRIOR NOTICE!! nothing till another agency picks her up. PURE Garbage ,heartless Garbage. STAY away!!! Prior to this 1/2 the times they never showed up. Despicable!!! Completly outraged!! Don't subject your loved one's to this nitermare of an agency!

This is the worst company ever. They don't call. They just show up when they do come out. They said services were provided that was not. They tried to say they called when they did not. I have demanded to be discharged from their services. I now have an infection because of mismanaged care. Worst company ever.

Horrible. Just horrible. My grandmother needs a monthly catheter change. She has had one in for 5 years. For the 3 months they provided this service, not once did they get this right. It leaked EVERY time. Then after screwing up a very common in home care service, the charge nurse blamed my grandmother every time. This after sending out another nurse because she lived so far away & only came twice. After 3 months of incompetence, they dropped my grandmother & then claimed to be full. This is a horrible company. The nurses before you got it right & her urologist after her got it right. Why couldn't they??? And then you had to blame her???

They are no good, and I'm never going to work with Utopia Home Care again. The people they hire are the worst. Out of all the people they sent me, there was only maybe two that were good. One of them, I showed what she needed to do. I went to work which is five minutes away. When I came back home and checked, she never removed my mother from bed, and she was soaked in urine. I had one that was leaving early. I had another one that got confrontational with me. I had another one that wasn't just listening on how to handle my mother. So out of all the ones they sent me, there have only been two that have been decent in taking care of my mother. They feed her what I leave, and they clean up. They need to hire people that know what they are doing. When they are taking care of an elderly person, they have to know what they are doing. They have to be kind to them and do their work. In my opinion, they hire anybody. They don't screen them right.
