We used Ozare Care for almost 3 years to provide care for our Mother. She has since passed away. My family and I will never be able to fully thank Mindy and Mark for the outstanding care they provided Mom. We had tried many companies until we got lucky and found Ozare Care. They treated my mother as if she was their own family. In all those years no matter what came up or what time we called, we always got one of the owners on the phone. They always did what was possible to accomodate my mom. We will never forget them and the difference they made in the quality of her life. Clearly they do this from their hearts. What a blessing they were for my mom.

I met with Mr. Jurgrau from Ozare Care and Shalom Care on July 3rd when he came to my home for the interview. He knew prior to this appointment that I would need a care giver for my Mother on July 5th and July 8th. I was starting a new position and training was beginning on July 5th. The day before the position Mr Jurgrau assured me that they will have a caregiver available and that even though it was a holiday weekend there was always someone available to work. On July 4th Mr Jurgrau notified me that they will not waste their time for a 2 day job starting on July 5th on a holiday weekend. He said that it was a waste of time! I would never recommend this company to anyone. They think a 2 day job is "a waste of time" for them. This was an important training session and this company left me without any notice prior to accepting the job. They could have said no during the interview but assured me they will have someone available. You don't want to schedule important events with this company. They may let you down too.
