We are very pleased with your services. Loretta has been our regular helper since December, and we have no complaints. She is always cheerful, on time, and will do whatever I ask of her. She is always well groomed. Carolyn keeps us informed and usually answers phone. I appreciate no recorded message when I call and get call backs in timely manner. All in all Visiting Angels is great and much appreciated. Many thanks to you, Wanda, for all your help with family questions and requests.

Home care and personal hygiene care. My care giver Carmen is an angel truly. She is so pleasant and caring. Nothing is to much trouble for her. She is there for the patient she is caring for.

It has been a pleasure having Visiting Angels in our lives to be with my mom on a daily basis while we all go to work. They are with her from 8 to 6. They are so helpful & caring. They are with her from the time she wakes up until dinner time. They help prepare her breakfast, lunch & dinner until my dad gets home from work. They help her with daily tasks such as emptying the dishwasher, laundry, etc. They help bath her daily & get dressed. They will bring her to doctor appointments if needed & share all the information the doctor provides them with. The girls are always on time. They take care of mom as if she were their own. We consider the girls like family now. They have been taking care of my mom since 2022. We wouldn't change a thing with the service. The agency itself calls to check in to make sure everything is going well with the girls & if we need anything more done. Also to check on my mom to see how she is doing. We are so happy with this service & it let's us be able to go to work & not worry about anything. We highly recommend Visiting Angels.

My mom is in an assisted living facility, and she has a caregiver from Visiting Angels. She has one particular caregiver that's with her, and that person is absolutely excellent. That person has been absolutely essential to keeping my mom going. The caregiver provides everything. She clothes her, bathes, and feeds her. She helps with assistance from the assisted living staff, like moving her from her bed to her wheelchair, or to her lounge chair. My mom can't walk or support herself. She washes her clothes for her, she keeps the apartment clean, and she pretty much does everything. That one caregiver is somebody who's really been responsible for keeping my mom kind of in contact with reality. They have really good communication, more so than even with me, because a lot of times this past year the assisted living facility she's in has been locked down because of COVID. I wasn't able to visit her and everything, but the caregiver was always there with her.
