I was the major caregiver prior to getting them, and so all those things I used to do, they do now. It is less anxiety on my part. We are very happy with the service. They are professional, they care about the patients, and they connect with them.

I need someone here since I work. It took us a long time to get to someone that we liked. We had a great person at first, and now it is sliding and she doesn't do what she used to. They are starting to get lazy and don't do what's asked. I am not as comfortable as at first.

They do all her personal assistance with getting dressed, helping with showers, meals, making the bed, and laundry. The connection is good between my wife and the home care provider.

They took care of my needs. They would help me go to the bathroom. I really appreciated their services and felt like they did what they could, but I do not think they are perfect.

They showed up on time. They were attentive to my loved one's need. They left a list of what they did.. He had someone to make breakfast and lunch and made sure he took his medicine.

I got to speak with the owner and we talked extensively about the client's needs. They brought the aide over and made sure the needs were filled. The first caregiver was so-so, they sent a second one and they were great. The client is relatively independent, but the caregivers were there and attentive to the client.

I love the people that have come into my home. They are professional, and they do a wonderful job caring for my mother. The services have allowed me the freedom to do the things I wouldn't normally be able to do.

Home Care Assistance is an excellent company. They are very aware of patient needs and they hire very good caregivers. Home Care Assistance sent a caregiver that is very proactive and sweet. She tries to make my loved one do the things that the doctor ordered for him.

I would refer Home Care Assistance to others, and already have on an app in my neighborhood, because I was very satisfied with their services. The caregiver we had was extremely good and became part of our family very quickly. The services provided by Home Care Assistance provided me the blessing to know that the caregiver was there for us.

Home Care Assistance is caring, responsible, and they go above and beyond just the vendor relationship. Home Care Assistance has made my life much easier by handling the medication and getting that organized, which is really good. I like that they are local and five minutes from my mother, that is a very positive thing. They give me peace of mind.

Home Care Assistance follows up on everything. They make sure that everything is okay. My grandma is older and she needs a lot of care. My wife and I both work, so she would have had to be in a nursing home without the services.
