I paid this company to provide medical transport to a medical procedure. They had over 2 weeks notice. As they never called me updating me on the status - who would be picking me up, what time etc, I called them a few times and stressed how important this was and they assured me they had it handled. On Friday, I called again and they gave me the name of the driver and said she would be at my house at 6am. I prepped all day on Sunday for my procedure. The driver never showed up, which means I will have to go through this all again. They have never once called me. I had to make multiple calls to them asking where the driver was. They said the would call her, but never called me back. Extremely unreliable company. I asked for the manager to call me and was told he would call me at 8am. It is 1pm and no phone call. I emailed him and he has not returned my email.
