My father, a veteran was to receive an aide 5x a week and nurse 1x a week. This company was understaffed and instead of calling the CA and letting them or I know, didn’t send anyone for 2 weeks and left him without care. Neglected a senior citizen veteran!!! They had no excuse when called out, other than so and so is on vacation!

Hospital Without Walls staff provide the best service and care for their patients. My mother had a total knee replacement surgery. Hospital Without Walls crew was able to help her picking up her motions in a very short of time and recovery was much more faster than expected. I would like to take the opportunity to thank them all for their care and best services. I would recommend this company to all patients looking for easier and faster recovery along with great organized services.

This agency provided my mother with in home care as she recuperates from hyponatremia, hypertension and glaucoma surgery. This in- home service provided a caring individual who administered "nursing skills" and provided a "softer side" to aftercare. My mother appreciated having someone closer to her age listen to her concerns and we are both extremely grateful.

Greatful for Melba's Smile for Awhile

Melba had been visiting my mother at her Palm Beach Gardens home while she recuperated from her January stay in Jupiter Medical Center due to hyponatremia caused from the dieurectic effect from blood pressure medicines. Melba, the visiting nurse, would visit 3 times a week to monitor blood pressure and to talk to my mother. My mother enjoyed the socialization and a new 'face' from her daughters. Melba is always welcomed in our home as she is a ray of sunshine during some very trying times. As my mother approaches a necessary surgery for glaucoma, we would love to avail ourselves this service as she once again will need some assistance for six weeks in May/June.
