We have been using Hands to Heart Home Care for about three weeks now. It's excellent. Right now, I have a home health aide from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m. who stays with my mother. My mom broke her arm and she needs help. The caregiver is here five nights a week, and then I got them to do house cleaning every other week one day a week. My mom loves her caregiver. They couldn't be any nicer and easier. Whatever I need to do, they're there to do it. I gave them my card and they charge it once a week. They call me up on Monday to let me know and then they email me an invoice. They couldn't make it any easier. You can't go wrong with them. They're caring, they're kind, they're there 24 hours a day, and there's always someone picking up the phone. The first person they sent me was a homerun. She's excellent.

The staff at hands to heart provides exceptional service. My conversation with Shaniece K. made me feel comfortable that my grandma will be in good hands. She spoke very clearly and answered all my questions and concerns in a professional manner. I am very happy I choose hands to heart for my home care needs.
