"Synergy Homecare of Trumbull CT has been an amazing comfort for my husband and me. We had tried other agencies and they all had negative issues and events occur with us. When the Veterans Administration wanted us to try one more I was hesitant but once I talked to Erica I felt comfortable and hopeful. Our caregiver Sheila is energetic - compassionate - patient - everything I am praying for to be ok with my husband when I am at work. Sheila makes sure he takes his meds - gets his food and drinks and does a perfect job with the laundry and home organization. I am truly grateful. I would absolutely recommend the Trumbull office for your family's needs. The agency has been responsive to any requests I have called with. If someone is sick or needs a day off they will send a suitable substitute for the day."

"My mother was a client of Love and Care from 2020 until her recent passing in March, 2024. The caregivers they provided were kind, caring, reliable, trustworthy and professional. After having a few part-time caregivers who alternated days, it was felt by both Bruce, who is one of the owners, and myself that due to her progressing dementia, my mother would benefit from the consistency of one 24/7 caregiver. Bruce was always accommodating, showing much concern and compassion, and worked with me in the interest of meeting my mother’s needs. He then provided us with Tina, who gave exceptional care to my mother in every way. Her patience, kindness, concern, interpersonal and nursing skills as well as her ability to engage and soothe my mother during occasionally challenging times gave me and my family comfort and assurance that she was always safe and very well-cared for. Tina took care of all of my mother’s needs and even prepared wholesome and delicious meals daily for her, which resulted in my mother’s health and appearance improving. I am very grateful to Love and Care and highly recommend this agency to anyone seeking excellent care for their loved ones. Laurie G."

"We used Synergy Home Care of Cheshire last year. The response was very good. I contacted them on the phone and the next day, I had an appointment and we met and discussed my father's needs. They had a few people that would kind of fit the bill with my father and his temperament. In a matter of a couple of days, they had the situation with my father covered. The first person didn't quite work out with my father, but the second person worked out very well. We only used them for four weeks."
