They had a personal touch. They need a few more caregivers.

Thank you for the 4 star review. As to our sending invoices weekly, it is because we have many wonderful caregivers that all need to be paid more than once a month. We offer, and many of our clients take advantage of our ability to draw from your bank account or use a debit or credit card weekly to make it easier on you. We give the invoice a week to get to you so you can review it first. If there are no comments we can hit your account or credit card for the amount of the invoice. We also have the ability to take an assignment of benefits from the insurance company so they pay us directly. Please give me (Jay Kiley) a call at the office and we will do everything within our power to make your life easier.

It gives us peace of mind to know that my mom is taken care of. We can leave without being worried. We had some trouble finding a caregiver for my mother. However, the agency was patient and worked with us to find the right caregiver.

I didn't need them that desperately. I found out that I could do more than they thought I could. I particularly liked the woman who came during the day. She was excellent and took care of any needs I had and offered to do things I didn't even know I needed. She was very personable and knowledgeable.

If the caregivers would just come in and get busy. I don't like to have to tell them what to do all the time. I think they could be more attentive. The caregivers don't need to wait to be told what to do. It frustrates me when I have to tell them what to do.

They keep her company. We have not been with them too long. One SYNERGY closed, and we got sent to another. A lot of the times with the first company. There was a lack of communication and people wouldn't show up.

They have messed up on scheduling. The aides could also use more official training on Alzheimer's and personal care. Right now, they are not doing great. I have been looking at places because of lots of scheduling mix ups.

I am sorry that things did not go as smoothly as desired for either of us. I know in the beginning there were many requests to change the schedule and we did our best to meet the requests. This was a new case that we took over from another company and it took us a bit to get settled in with the short and changing hours.

Our current caregiver does a lot of things for us, such as washing the laundry. I need someone who can take care of my wife, which is why we have the service. We had caregivers who didn't last long enough. Now, we have a good caregiver who comes three days a week.

I understand and am sorry for the initial changes to personnel. That can sometimes happen with the one day a week cases as the caregivers are looking for additional hours. They always contact me about who is coming. Everyone who has worked with us has been wonderful. I've used other agencies, and they don't even compare to SYNERGY HomeCare.

They got me things when I needed it. They filled the ice pack and did things I couldn't do for myself. They were very responsive. They also sent good caregivers.

I would like consistency with one reliable caregiver. They have a problem with finding caregivers because they leave. I want consistency.

They have just been efficient, attentive, and pleasant. That is the first thing that all of us noticed, how pleasant they all were. I don't have enough experience with all the aides. The communication could do better, we had a problem with getting a schedule so we knew who is coming, and they worked on it and it has become better.
