The culture at Continual Care is one that loves the soul of the person while nurturing for the body. They look beyond the faults and moods and somehow see the good no matter what the current condition. This is a quality that cannot be taught but only recognized and encouraged. I am very grateful for both the Continual Care leadership (which has done more then ever expected or imagined behind the scenes) and the actual care givers that have done more then I am mentally and physically capable of doing. With all my heart I say thank you and would recommend Continual Care to anyone.

As a registered nurse, I fully endorse Continual Care. Continual care has provided a great aide for my mom. Our Aide is kind caring, and a responsive caregiver who is well trained and very attentive to my mom’s needs. She ensures that my mom enjoys her day and makes sure she gets movement through dancing to mom’s favorite music. She is sweet and personable and mom really likes her. Continual Care provided daily write ups so I can go on my mom’s page and see how her day went. If there are any concerns or issues with mom they contact us immediately and are very professional and knowledgeable regarding elder care . Gene, the owner is also very kind, concerned with and interested in ensuring that my mom receives the best care. He is even concerned about the family’s health and well-being. We are so happy to have found Continual Care for my mom’s caregiving needs.

I called Apex to provide care for mom who was bed ridden. Most agencies told me a high cost per day to provide Live In services, However, after speaking with the agency, I was immediately relieved. She asked what was my budget and build the price around that. That same day they provided care for mom with short notice. An intake coordinator came out and completed the visitation and ensure my mom and the caregiver got to know each other. About 2 weeks after I received a call from their quality assurance team asking about the Quality of the service. My mom looks better than she was and is excited to do things with her aide. I could not have chosen a better agency. Thank you APEX!
