We have been using Visiting Angels. Their service has been great. The person who comes in is very friendly and very attentive with my mother. She sits and talks with her, does little things with her, and keeps her attention and things like that. My mom just loves her. She does some personal hygiene things, washes her hair, and does some manicures, that type of thing. She does an excellent job. Their scheduling is wonderful. We have her scheduled for once a week, but it's very easy to have her come an extra day if we need, and even come in the evenings if we need that. They bill me once a week, which is just fine. I don't mind paying once a week for the service. Everything has worked out just fine.

These people are great! They truly care for my wife. They come in and clean up, give my wife a shower, cook food and keep my wife company when I go play golf on Wednesday. The case manager Cathy is so sweet. She checks on us and the caregivers often. We started with them about 8 months ago after my wife fell and got hurt. One of our neighbors uses them and my wife's doctor recommended them too. The owners are very nice people. The director is very understanding. We have had the same two caregivers for the last 8 months. They try real hard to keep the same group of people coming to our house. The person that schedules is always understanding when we have to make last minute changes. They even came and sat with my wife in the hospital while I was sick at home. They truly are angels!

The caretaker didn’t do the things we asked her to do on a regular basis. Lots of time spent watching tv with client. Billing personnel unable to get things straight. They require a contract and two week deposit and must give 2 week notice for termination. Owner is clueless as to how things are poorly documented.

God bless My Mom for getting long term care insuracne some 30+ years ago. She is now cared for in here home by the great staff of Visiting Angels in Pueblo, Coloado! These ladies are amazing!
