The agency sends people who are trained and can actually help us. We used to have somebody who would always be late, but through communication with the agency, we were able to solve the issue. The agency tries to match clients and caregivers based on needs and preferences. With agencies in the past, they've sent random people that didn't work for us.

If we would've had better communication we would've gotten along better. They had a really good lady who was the boss. She was my telephone contact and was very good.

My main concern is the rates and how expensive it is just to have somebody come over for an hour. The cost is very high.

The caregivers are wonderful. They are so helpful, friendly, presentable, and polite. They are very, very professional. They do laundry, shopping, and general helping with the cleanliness of my apartment. They help get my breakfast together. Sometimes when I get up and get busy, I skip breakfast, which is not a good idea.

When the caretaker wasn't able to show up, one of the owners of the company was able to step in and do it. They help him monitor his blood sugar and give him his medication to make sure he gets the right amount.

They work really hard to find a good match for my husband, who is hard to match. When they had caregivers cancel at the last minute, the owner went out of his way to make it work so I could continue working. They are great. Whenever a caregiver cancels last minute, they do their best to find someone that clicks with my husband very well.

I would tell a friend that I had been receiving excellent, amazing services. I have had a few home helpers who have been menaces and they've been limited in their intellectual and attentive abilities.

They're easy to work with and are very helpful. They do what they say they're going to do. The caregivers being around to give help makes it so that I don't have to be around all the time.

I talked to the owner directly about issues. The office staff are very responsive and available to talk to on the phone or in our homes. When the Home Helper is here, I don't have to be with my loved one. I have time to go to meetings and do grocery shopping, if need be.

First of all, the staff is very competent, and they do good work. I like their availability to help me in and out of the toilet and other things like that.

The level of care seems to be pretty good. I wish that there wasn't as much turnover as there is. They're able to give me some relief so that I don't have to be there all day myself.

They provide a good service and have nice people that work for them. I have no complaints. They come once a week and help him with getting in and out of the shower. They are only here once a week for an hour.
