I would not recommend First Light HC to anyone. The gentleman that came into our home to introduce us to their services did a good job in selling their services to us, we signed the contract and really not even half of what he "promised" happened in my parents home. We had "issues" from day one! They could not and did not prepare one meal! Did not do any of the simple household chores. Did not wash their hands. In the last weeks of services, one of the caregivers took a nap for 2 hours or more in my folks livingroom! We should not have to pay for that!! I was very unhappy for my parents having to pay for services promised and not received. It truly brought more stress into their lives and mine. Disgusting..... this site will not let me submit this review unless I rate this company with a star, I will mark one star but only to be able to submit this review. They deserve NO stars from my point of view.

Our first night with FirstLight Home Care was a mess up. These people can't cook. The guy told us that these people are trained to work with people with dementia, but they are not. They couldn’t even give their pills or make dinner. I am very unhappy with all the caregivers.
