My caregiver, Irma, has provided me with excellent care since my leaving rehab for a broken neck. Her cheerful caring and kind presence is something to look forward to during the 12 hrs she is in my home at least 3 days/week since I returned home Oct. 11, 2025. She anticipates my needs and reminds me when I tell her to do something for me in an hour etc. She goes to the store for food, medication or oxygen supplies as needed and lets me know if I am low on household supplies. She prepares meals, assists me in dressing , making bed, laundry and cleaning on a daily basis. I am unable to drive, bend nor turn and need 24hr care from Extended Family. Irma is intelligent, charming and a joy to have around. She is irreplaceable.

Extended Family Home Care has been caring for my mother over the past four years. I live out of state and needed someone to visit her daily. Extended Family continues to keep me informed of how she is doing and I thank them for this. Mom adores her caregiver and looks forward to her arrival each day. Katie gives mom a bath a couple times a week, makes sure mom takes her meds, and prepares her meals twice a day. She takes mom out shopping and to her appointments as well.
