I like that it just seems to be well-run; I appreciate the support and the continued calls from my contact at the agency. She's been very helpful, and we like the caregivers as well; they've all been very good. The provider has helped the most by just giving us a break from each other; it's respite for us, and it's serving that purpose very well.

I like one caregiver more than others because many times the assignment is hit or miss. The agency has worked with us on the right caregiver, but since our main caregiver is out. The replacement left my dad with a diaper.

They are friendly, and the caregiver was helpful and nice. I also liked that I spoke to a real person and not a recording when I called. She provided companionship and helped me fix things around the house.

I used Homewatch CareGivers of Aurora. They were wonderful, and every time on the phone, they were just wonderful. The aid that they sent over was great. She could do anything that I needed. She was friendly, nice, and kind. It's a little expensive, and that's an issue for me. She fixed a couple of things around my house, did some unusual little things, and also provided companionship, which I also need.

We use it occasionally when we need it. It is a lot of help for me in helping with mobility. We have an excellent caregiver who is always punctual.
