Seasons Hospice & Palliative Care of California came in three times a week to bathe my son -- he couldn't get out of his hospital bed -- and when I told them that he was going to be released from the hospital the night before, they took care of each and everything that he needed; they just bent over backwards. I couldn't have done it without them. When he died, they were still there for me. I would recommend them to anybody; they were great. The only thing I was upset about was when I wanted some 24/7, they never had a volunteer come in here and take over, so I had to call my friend and assist whoever I can get because I couldn't even go to the doctors for myself. That was the only thing I had contention with. Other than that, they were just bending backwards for him and for me, and even afterwards. It was pretty positive, and I was happy with them.

When I began services for my dad, they were very helpful getting him discharged from the hospital and set up with medical equipment. However, after he died, not one single person ever called us to follow up or support us. This was disappointing.
