We had Salus before for my grandmother. They were recommended to us. All the people that we had come in to the home had been very good, but the management of the company, we had been a little unimpressed with. They hadn't always been able to come through for us for something that we asked. The caregivers had been great though. They had all been very helpful and had done everything that was asked of them. However, as far as scheduling, there was not a lot of communication between the management and the caregivers. They seemed to get mixed up a lot.
