They are helping me with my anxiety, They have a caregiver that has been doing this for years, I liked her right away, they are trying to help people, and they had a party for their clients and I thought that was really nice of the management. Naomi has been the employee of the month, Lin felt that they should start employee of the month up again. I think it gets down to mutual respect. I've only been with Arosa for a couple of years, I believe it is a good company. I've had good experience with three of the managers.

When I was working with the care manager I had it was difficult. I would have liked to have a better care manager, she was always trying to staff the positions for me and would tell me how good of a fit a caregiver would be when she had never met them, and they were not a good fit. The problem is as far as I am concerned I am done with all agencies due to going back to normal life. I am not a continuous user.
