I was impressed with Always Best Care from the very beginning. The manager who came to my home to discuss what care was needed was so pleasant, knowledgeable and helpful. The staff person who came to help my mom was, again, very professional, kind, patient and helpful in meeting my mom's needs., and my mom can be difficult at times due to her memory loss issues. She took initiative with ideas that she thought would help stimulate and interest my mom and these ideas worked. And, everyone on the phone was very pleasant and answered any question I had. I was truly impressed and thankful to have been introduced to Always Best Care through Caring.com. Thank you all so much! VM
