The VA has given me some people to work on my most recent evaluation that was done April 15th and they put me as housebound. So I'm now 100% housebound and 100% disabled. I'm a transgender female and I have urinary incontinence for life. AccentCare only gave me only one health care person. She comes here two hours a day two days a week. I just wish they could do more for me. AccentCare has this rule that unfortunately does not allow them to give me someone who can do my medication, organize my medical appointments, or take me to my medical appointments. However, the people there are very sweet and kind. The lady that comes in is just like my daughter. She is 39. She makes me salad so I have something to eat. She helps me with bathing and dressing. I also enjoy her company. She does everything except that she cannot do anything with my catheter or the urine leak bag. I have osteoarthritis and rheumatoid arthritis and my hands would just lock up in total pain, so I appreciate anything that she can do when she is here. I just love her. I just wish she can visit me more often.

Not even 1 star for this company.. I regret so much not stoping their "services" since day one....I had to put up with inexperienced nurses, careless supervisors, people that honestly have no idea what they are doing or saying. I could keep going on and on, and be specific, but is not worth it. Final visit was today, because I will cancel first thing Monday morning. As soon as I enter the door from work today ,, my moms caregiver lets me know that when she asked the nurse why mom was so swollen, she told her because she was dying, and they should not be the ones seeing her, that she should be in hospice. , this conversation took place IN FRONT OF MY MOTHER!!! She also questioned about a colostomy bag that is just not working for her, the nurses response was, well she needs to finish the ones that she has first ( 20 of them ) so they can order new ones......she was rude with words and action . My poor moms face was showing how unhappy she was with this person, that the caregiver just wanted for the nurse to go away.. so many bad experiences . Shame on you guys !! You have no idea what caring means. To all families: Be careful before you let this people into your home.

Its a shame for me to even give them one star. They don't disserve a star at all. The people in the office have time to take stupid pictures for holidays and other things, but don't have time to coordinate with the clients as well the caregivers. When I called they gave me some name saying that so and so will come on Monday and Wednesday. No one showed up and when I called and talked to someone called crystal she told me there was a COMUNICATION ERROR, really or they were just busy taking g picturs or planning there weekend and having fun and not caring about there clients. I have had so many new caregivers. This particular office fever all the people from Philippine, as per so many caregivers I have had. If its that then they should close down and go open one in Philippine. I don't like there service at all. I am 94 years old and not happy with there service at all. I had a really nice caregiver and they took her off my case and gave me new every day.

For the past two months they having been coming out to help my 94 year old grandma recover from hip surgery, and all I can say is Wow!! Do they really have any medical training or care at all, because if so I haven't seen it!! They never come on time and sometimes don't show up at all when they said they would. The first month will be a bunch of different people in and out of your house asking the same questions over and over and over as if they aren't charting properly or reading the chart. I asked them to help my grandma with a variety of things but I have yet to see them do one thing for her better interest. I can also say they have the rudest physical therapist I have ever met in my life. They come in for 20 to 30 min give my grandma little workouts to do and take her out for a walk in the cold, my God!!.......She's 94 could we please not get her sick? I only wish I had a job like them ,hardly doing anything, being rude, late, or just a no show ,and get paid. I would say stay away at all cost!!!
