I worked with one person that I had contact with and they tried to help me out a few times. I don't think there was much impact. It didn't make much difference, it was just involving another person and wasn't helpful to me.

It's a lot easier because I know she's being taken care of. My sister is loving them because she's the primary caregiver, and she loves it because she's able to get a good night's sleep. The agency is fabulous, but they are not in our area. A lot of girls don't want to come out. But I love the service.

We're fortunate in that my mom is a retired nurse, so she's very knowledgeable. She had wanted a special ace wrap, they ordered it for her. Little things like that will always be super important. I was given their personal phone number, and whenever I had an issue or a request, they always answered and were responsive.

Arosa is dealing with a very difficult person, I know they are doing the very best they can in an impossible situation. She's not in a great condition, so they are doing a great job with her. They have been there to check in on the client, which she doesn't love but it's good and needed. I was caring for her five years, and it just was so hard on me psychologically. I know that Arosa being at the facility would help get the care she needed.
