The caregiver was fired the first day, there was no positive impact on our daily lives. They could not scream and yell at the staff that we have hired, they could be clear from the beginning that they are with Arosa and not running their own agency. This was a financial setback and it has only taught us that we never want to go through it again.

It's been pretty consistent for now. Most caregivers are very conscientious and pretty much count on them. I have had times where things weren't going along well. There was a little bump in the road. We initially got a bad caregiver who only came one day. We moved away from Arosa and got an independent caregiver, but as Marcelo got sicker, we needed more than one person. We added them again and told them what we needed. They ended up sending someone excellent. The girls who set us up with the initial consult picked a time to come to our house and that was really good. It gave us a feeling for her and we got to know each other and our needs better.

My interaction was with the person who answered the phone by the name of Deborah! I didn't get her last name, but she was so nice and so helpful... she really went above and beyond to get me the assistance I needed and I appreciate her for that. I could tell she genuinely cares about people just by her gentle and kind nature over the phone. Deborah really spoke highly of your caregivers and that's a plus to me. She made me feel comfortable about your facility knowing that my family member will be in excellent hands and that's huge for me. I told Deborah I wanted to put a face to this wonderful person I was speaking to and she invited me to the facility and I will take her up on that. Thank you for employing such a wonderful employee such as Deborah.... she's awesome.

The girl that came for the first 3 days was needed on my daughter's graduation and she did not show up. They did send someone who came a little bit later and we really liked her.
