I had Caring Companions Referral Agency of Southern California - CA. I'm very happy with their caregivers. They're very good, and they're very capable. They took very good care of my spouse. I used them before, and I'm using them this week. The caregivers are very good. My husband needs help getting in and out of bed and there's one man, and he's very strong, and he's able to take care of him all by himself. They're very efficient. I'm very happy with their service. There were just two instances on the invoice where I think they had overcharged, but hopefully, they'll correct that. Some of the other agencies charge double on the weekends and this agency doesn't. During the week and on the weekends, their charge stays the same. I've been pretty happy with them. Communication is excellent. They always call. If I have any problems, they're always there to answer the phone. They call during the day to see if there's anything that I want or need to get. They're very caring. They keep in touch all the time. When I needed help, they got it down here right away. They didn't have to wait a day or two. When I needed help the same day or the next day, they got somebody down here right away, and I was very happy about that. They gave me immediate service. The caregivers are CNAs, and they are more than just caregivers. They take blood pressure, and they're more qualified than some of the others at the other agencies. They're more like nurses than they are just caregivers. These people seemed to be more knowledgeable than other caregivers at other agencies.
