I cannot say enough wonderful things about Angelicare! I was referred to them while my mother was currently in the hospital and they worked with me to set-up a caregiver to assist us the very next day! They were very flexible to meet our needs and assigned us the most wonderful employee (Shirl) who took exceptional care of my mother for many weeks. I live more than 3,000 miles away and knowing we had Shirl and Angelicare in place to continue to assist Mom when I had to return home was piece of mind for me. I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone looking for assistance. They are responsive, flexible, and very caring about your needs. Wonderful people and wonderful services!

We had AngeliCare for my father, and we used them before with my mother as well. The company was good, but we had to pay for it, and my father didn't really care for the caregiver. She was OK, but she wasn't great. The company was very professional. They returned my deposit, and they were really good at communicating with me.

Angeliecare was very good. Right from the office, from the supervisor, and from the helpers that came out, I didn’t have any problems with them. If I had a little bit of an issue, not a disagreement, immediately it was taken care of. Maybe a person is not quite as compatible with my dad, or with the helper that we also had there, they accommodated us by replacing the person with somebody else. I couldn't have any better care for my dad than the president wouldn't have gotten. The supervisor that came out when we interviewed her gave us everything that we possibly would need for information. The first day that they were on the job the supervisor, Cruz, came and was there to accommodate, and anything we needed to get the first day started. Every time I call the office on a question they would be very helpful to receive me on their end of the line. The people in the office even when it was time to do the finances, the owners were accommodating to me, so all the paperwork was always straight. From day 1 when they came out they were on time. They oversaw everything. They know exactly what's involved in home care.

I am VERY happy with Angelicare. I have had a different company and I was unhappy with them. But Angelicare, came in and listened to what I had to say. They took over and know what I need to help me. My caregivers were personable, friendly and helpful. If I came up with a problem, they help make me a solution to it. I don’t mean to sound slavery but they realize that I was the one that was paying them so do it every way possible. For example, they were able to drive me to where I needed to go if I needed to get to an appointment or go shopping. In fact, when I went in to a rehab facility, I was happy that I did have Angelicare come in and fill in for my daughter to help me. I should say it was just strictly a great experience. I still use them!

I chose Angelicare In-Home Companion Care because they're a local company and I wanted to do business with local people. They provided in home care and companionship for my wife for five years. The caregivers were all very good. If I had a problem with any of them, they will just bring somebody upfront. Billing and scheduling was quite nice. I just call them when I needed to increase hours and they were done. I will recommend them because I was just very happy with their services.

We'd gone to a social worker who gave us a list of different organizations that could help with my mother's care and I called a couple of them. By the time I called AngeliCare, Cruz, the woman who I talked to was so professional and helpful and just me calling her out of the blue made me want to use this company. My mom had Alzheimer’s and been told she didn’t have long to live. We put her on hospice care but we wanted her in the home so we needed some extra help because we needed 24 hour care (and there weren't enough for us to do). AngeliCare helped us with my mother's care until almost up until she passed. Some of that was just giving us a chance to sleep at night and basically watching over my mom as she was declining. Everyone that came out was very helpful, kind and courteous and as soon as they found out the situation they were all very understanding and so forth. When it came down when we didn't want anyone in the home because it was the last couple days, they were very understanding about that too. In fact, my dad broke his hip a couple of months ago and we thought we were going to need care so I called AngeliCare immediately but it turned out Medicare was covering his stay in a nursing facility so we didn’t end up using them. But they were the ones we thought and definitely, we will use them again.
