I like that it is really easy to work with. The person I worked with knew what she was doing. We showed up early and everything was perfectly done. I had plans for someone else to take care of me, but they were able to get it all together very quickly. My medication was picked up and taken care of as well. Transportation to and from the hospital was the most helpful. As well as picking up medication. I had the surgery, and I was able to relax because it was taken care of.

They communicate well. They did an excellent job of taking care of my parents. The caregiver provided basic needs and took her for walks.

They provided her transport. They cooked for her. They helped her with her basic needs and walked her dogs. It's exactly what she needed. They just could have kept me more in the loop. They were working more directly with my mom, but they could've made sure I was still aware of what was happening. They were personally invested in my mom and wanted a relationship with her, past just taking care of her.

It has been a safety precaution for both of us. There are last-minute cancellations quite often, so a lot of new people show up to the house.

I couldn't take care of Robert without them. I like the quality of their caregivers, they're excellent. The staff in the office has also been very accommodating.

Her main caregiver is really easy-going with her. She gets my mom in a good mood, no matter what. There are ups and downs in all areas, but overall it's good.

My husband has dementia and so we have to go beyond physical care and it is very difficult. It is a challenge to help him with recall. We are more relaxed now that we don't have the night person anymore. They have been able to do so much care for us. We had to cut down on the hours, because it is expensive.

It has been a positive experience because they are very caring and the caregivers going to her house are very helpful. Sometimes they have to cancel or cannot get someone to cover.

Some of them are really not as good a fit. They were younger and would not show up or leave when they felt like it. I like the manager Daniella, she does a good job.
