They have been good. Miguel is getting Ron to walk more. He has been more positive. I like the people that work for him. They are nice and accommodating.

They help me more since the client is still adjusting to the care. He fights it. They're flexible, and I can talk to them whenever.

They have been very good, and they listen to my war stories. They are super helpful and always ask what I need. The people that I've had have been super polite and nice. There are some things that I need help with.

They would listen and talk to my dad whenever he needed anything. They should improve on reliability and communication, not always informing us of who was going to be sent that day.

The way they helped the most is by taking care of my husband, so that I can have a bit of free time. They give him company, and they help him take showers. I like the personal relationship I have with Sarah and Katherine. We have an excellent caregiver that comes.

I didn't realize that when I came to work for my client. That I was getting paid to clean up after one of your employees. Found smeared feces on his toilet seat after he had a bm. Found it also on the shower chair after the shower given, and also on the bed sheet when client was dressing after shower in which client had laid in it all night. I washed the sheet stain did not come out. Also used last garbage bag when putting soiled brief in it. Did not replace new bags in garbage can.
