Century Ridge of Green Bay

I have nothing bad to say about Century Ridge of Green Bay. The amenities looked OK. Access to the facility was simple. There was a communication error in that we had an appointment, and no one forwarded the information. We weren’t met which didn’t start off right, and we think it looked like it was a little understaffed.

My grandmother has recently moved to this facility, and we have nothing but good to say! They have got to be one of the finest elderly living facilities I have encountered over the years! In fact, beyond our prior satisfaction; we were impressed beyond imaginable, last night, at their family Christmas Party! My children, my grandmother, and everyone that attended made memories that will last a lifetime!! Hard to pick out the best part, between an amazingly endless variety of foods and snacks (even kiddie cocktails with cherries and shrimp cocktail to boot), a live band that engaged all ages, yet, simply enjoyble in the background, while visiting with family... and to top it off, there was even a visit from Santa; who handed out gifts to each child (young or old.. Even the teenagers), and he stayed for pictures! I can't express what a blessing it is, that we have chosen this fabulous facility, to take charge of the quality the rest of my grandmother's life, withholds! A BIG Thank You from us, to each of the staff, that clearly enjoys what they do!!!! Kudos!!

Daughters of a resident

Century Ridge has been providing compassionate, competent care to our father who is no longer able to be home with our mother. The staff is friendly and the facility is very clean. We are fortunate to have Century Ridge as our father's home.
