My husband moved into Harbor Haven Health & Rehabilitation. They are caring. They did all the moving. Everybody has done what I've asked, so I can't complain. I helped my husband eat today, and it looked good. Their dessert was very good. They have daily activities.

We choose Harbor Haven for my mom's rehab because the people there seem to be very friendly. It looks like they have nice therapy session room and equipment. Their rooms are spacious enough. It seems like a clean and well taken care of facility. They have an open dining area and my mom likes the food.

My daughter had a stroke and she was hallucinating. She's incontinent but she is not violent or anything. Her whole left side is paralyzed and she is still 41. She is currently in Harbor Haven. What I like about them is that they always keep me very well informed and keep me up to date with everything that is happening with her specially the social workers Cindy and Carla. They have power of attorney for healthcare. They have some activities around the facility like they have a dog that comes in a couple of times a month so people there can feed him or whatever. They do have a karaoke night and people come in and sing along. Her room is very nice and she has 2 beds there and she seems to like it a lot. I am a little bit concerned every time I have questions like last Friday I came there and I thought it's gonna be the psychiatrist or the doctor that I would talk to but it didn't happen.
