My friend went from the hospital to Edenbrook Fond du Lac and passed 10 days later. He's in the memory care unit. It's excellent care for the family and the patient. The staff was excellent, caring, and compassionate. The rooms were clean. It's an older facility, so not super modern, but clean.

My grandmother is a resident currently at the facility and my family and I know that she is getting the care she needs. The staff are very friendly and willing to assist in any way they can. The staff genuinely cares and you can tell they feel your loved ones are just like part of their own family. Allow the facility is an older building it is kept clean. There are plenty of activities to enjoy as a resident. The staff are always reminding residents of activities that are available and assist with getting them there. We are very pleased that my grandma is taken care of and happy where she is.
