I was a resident at All about life, not once but 2 times in a period of 6 months and i guarentee there will not be a 3rd time, both times it was a bad experience, to sum up both experiences i would have to say, they dont have enough staff to give the right amount of care to each resident and most of the staff they do have is poorly trained, or just dont care and are there for the paycheck only, food is awful and you never get what you order, its always cold, if you eat in your room that is, because it appears if you eat in your room you treated like a second class citizen there. I was given the wrong meds not once but 2 times there, had a fall the first time, took them a long time to respond, which is another con for them, light response time is laughable, i have been in the bathroom with a bathroom call light on for over 30 minutes waiting for someone to answer the call light, though they have a few staff members who worthy of much more than they get credit for as a general rule dont go there or send anyone you care about there unless you want sub standard care

All About Life was a bad experience. I was in the room the farthest from the nurses' desk. They didn't have any phones in the room, and their cordless phone they had in there wouldn't work. It was too far from the center down where I was, so I couldn't use the phone. One night, I had a Foley ripped out. I knew somebody tripped over the cord, and I don't feel anything below the waist, so I didn't feel it. I didn't get any therapy there. I was kind of like a forgotten person at All About Life. I didn't really like it.

All About Life seemed like a dark facility and the employees didn't seemed very friendly and turned their back when we approach them. The rooms were a little smaller than where my mom was in now.
