Sharon, We are so very sorry you did not enjoy your tour experience with us. Please try again! Most people report it to be very informative and we’d like a chance to make it up to you. Azura Assisted Living and Memory Care's home is built with the household model in mind - hence why we do not have one big cafeteria for our four homes. We want it to feel as comfortable and home-like as possible, so we cook out of one home and deliver to the others. Our meals are prepared by our executive chef and his team right on the premises and delivered fresh in temperature controlled containers to be served to our residents. We hold regular meetings with our Assisted Living residents to ensure our food is top notch. They help create our menus and their feedback is incorporated in all we do. Our quality of life team works in each of our homes organizing activities so our residents only leave if they want to attend something that interests them in another home. They are always welcome! If you would like to discuss this matter further, please feel free to reach out to our anonymous Azura connection line.

Thank you for sharing your experience in touring our Azura Assisted Living and Memory Care of Brookfield community. We are excited to say that we opened our doors in the Fall of 2020 and we do have 2 bedroom suites within our homes, but they are very desirable. We love to tailor our engagements to the needs and likes of our residents and a great way to do this is through their taste buds!

Thank you for this feedback. We would love the opportunity to work on the items you have brought forward and discuss ways to better meet your and your mother's needs and expectations. Please feel free to talk with our Executive Director directly at any time. We do apologize that you were unable to tour, due to Wisconsin's Department of Health COVID restrictions, we are now open and welcoming tours of our home. Our resident rooms are just one part of the home they have at Azura. In fact, we encourage our residents to be out with our Team and others socializing, engaging in activities and living the highest quality of life possible. We are so glad to hear our MOSAIC philosophy is working for your Mom and she is doing just that, engaging in life, not focused or confined to the four walls of her room. As for the cost of care, we provide a high caregiver to resident ratio to offer our preferred, personalized and EXCEPTIONAL care. However, we also find that in this market we are right in line with the services and amenities that we offer and much lower than that of 24 hour home care or skilled nursing care.
