A big part of our choice to have my dad in Rennes Health and Rehab Center was the location. The other part was familiarity with it and reviews from others about their care. He's there for rehab at the moment. They're very professional, and the care has been great. It's a clean and friendly environment. They've been quick to respond to any questions I've had. They've been great about keeping me informed about changes. He's been there a month now. The food could be better. He's not completely unhappy about it but he has a high standard for food and would like it to be a little better. They do have activities, but he's not really participated just by choice. There's been music and other activities that they have tried to get him to participate in. They have a really nice outdoor space. They have a salon on-site. Therapy has been great, and the facility itself is beautiful. It's a nice environment to be in when you're visiting. It's a little pricey, but I think we see that in the quality of care that he's getting. I'm happy with it.

My husband lived at Rennes Health Center Appleton. The place was nice. The dining area was very nice, but my husband doesn't like the food. They have bingo.

We have my mother at Rennes Health and Rehab Center. The staff is very friendly and accommodating; however, they are understaffed. There were 17 patients for two nurses aides to take care of, and that might be the standard code. The rooms are very nice. Mom’s room isn’t that large. It has a bathroom, but there’s no shower. The other rooms are carpeted, but hers isn’t. The hallways are very nice. It’s a very nice facility. It’s very well-kept, and the view out of the rooms is very nice too. They have occupational and physical therapist. They have a social lady, and lots of things are happening there. The dining room is quite large. I have eaten there, and the food seems to be tasty and adequate. However, they do not have the staff that feed the people who need to be fed, which is kind of sad. The place is safe and secure.
