My husband is in Braley Care Homes right now. The staff is very helpful. They are friendly, and they take very good care of him. The rooms are just like two regular bedrooms, but very comfortable. The food is great. It is home cooked. The dining room is fine and big. They have activities like balloon toss, and they have group activities Mondays through Fridays for the residents. They have an activities director. I like that it is a dementia-Alzheimer's unit, and it is like a home. The residents are free to go into their bedroom, or they can just walk around out in the living area. They are not expected to stay in their rooms all the time.
