We are a memory care facility, and accept all levels of dementia. You do not have to have a dementia diagnosis to live at Cornerstone. Some of our clients are medically fragile. We are able to manage individuals with the following needs:
Oxygen Urinary Catheter Insulin Injections Tube Feedings Bed/ Chair bound / require a mechanical lift to transfer Colostomy Care End of Life Care Incontinence Care Our facility is structured with four separate living areas that can accommodate up to 10 residents each. This aids in keeping the stimulus low which is better suited for individuals with memory loss. The units are designed to look and feel like a home. We determine which unit a potential resident will best be suited for based on his/her cognitive function. We believe it's important for our higher functioning residents to be in a unit with other residents that are functioning close to their level. We work with Home Health providers to provide any therapies that are needed or ordered by our resident's physician. We take senior living seriously, thats why Cornerstone Court has a designed plan. We offer services and amenities that keeps our residents healthy and happy. We pride ourselves on our ability to care for our senior residents as if they were our own family and loved ones. Our cooking staff constantly strives to make sure the dining experience is the best at our community. We offer seniors the latest amenities in comfort that they would enjoy in the comfort of their own homes. The staff here are fully trained, friendly and accessible. They will help your residents enjoy their stay with us. We know that seniors need varying degrees of help as they get older, but still want to feel independent.
