Rose Garden Estates is wonderful. The workers are so kind, and they’ve gone above and beyond with what they do for my folks. It's a small place, and it's more like a family there which is good. They have double and single rooms, a nice little lunch room, and they're putting in an exercise room. They do arts and crafts, a nurse who comes in, and an elevator. They take them out for lunch every now and then. I'm really happy with them.

Have had several issues with facility. From lack of communication, lying, med errors, etc. from staff. Wish there was another facility to consider in Ritzville.
