My dad was sent there after his knee surgery for a week. In that week he asked for his pain meds and they were never brought to him. The next time he requested his meds he had to go and get them himself because again they were not brought to him. When he was able to get up he asked for a towl so he could bathe and they said they didn't have any towls for 2 days so he had to dry with the paper towlels they have hanging above the sink. He asked for ice water and none was ever deleivered. I would not put a dog in that place. They are the worst.
