My mother is at Berea Health and Rehab in Fredericksburg, and I think it's a very nice place. The nurses are professional and courteous. They don't do X-rays on the premises, though. They have to order for someone to come in to do X-rays, and that takes longer. Other than that, I don't see any other problems with the area at all. I think it's an excellent place to go. They have rooms with two residents, and they also have single ones. They have facilities where you can get your hair washed, the bathrooms are nice and large, and the rooms are kept very clean. The housekeeping comes every day. For activities, they have bingo and all sorts of games. They keep the residents very active, and I am impressed. I've seen other places, so I can make a comparison with the cleanliness and the attentiveness of the nurses. They come right away to help out as much as they can, and I can't find anything to complain about them.
