Temple Living Center Western Hills

I went to visit a friend's mother and couldn't believe the great care she was given. The staff was very friendly and eager to help.

My mother's been in Western Hills for about five months, and it was more of a nursing home and rehab center than assisted living. She didn't feel comfortable in going to their cafeteria to eat because the residents who were just sitting would, all of a sudden, fall over into their oatmeal and that was not good. So, she refused to go to the cafeteria and they were nice enough to bring food to her room. I found the staff to be very nice and very professional. Western Hills was much more a personal place, which was rough because they had so many patients who were in a really bad situation and with only one doctor who came in once a week.
