Although the place seems to have gone downhill a bit recently, the Forest Lane Healthcare Center is still a very nice place. It is a nursing home - and the typical stereotype follows it. However, the staff do pay attention to the clients and do whatever is asked of them and whatever they can to help - which means a lot more than any other factor in caregiving ever would. That alone is a good enough reason to recommend this facility to anyone in the Dallas area who is looking for care for their elderly family member who is in need of a full-time nursing home - and does not have insurance other than Medicaid for an assisted-living facility.

I think that the company should work more on organization of the patients. They should work on a more professional appearance of their staff. Overall, it seemed fine on the first visit there. However, not so much lately.
